Aims & Objectives

Our organisation has only one commitment and it is committed to care, soothe and companionship for all clients in our care. It is our intention to provide a service of the highest quality.


We aim to do this by meeting the following objectives; (not exhaustive)

  • To ensure that the care provision is personalised and delivered in accordance with regulations and the diverse requirements of our clients or their representatives if they lack capacity to make informed choices.

 

  • To ensure that the service is delivered flexibly, attentively and in a non- discriminatory way, whilst respecting each client's right to independence, privacy, dignity, self-fulfilment and self determination by having the right to make informed choices.

 

  • To ensure that each client's values and needs are respected in matters of religion, culture, race or ethnic origin, political affiliation, material status, parenthood and disabilities or impairments.

 

  • To ensure that the service is delivered in accordance with the agreed contract of care.

 


  • To manage and implement a formal programme of staff planning, selection, safer recruitment, training and personal developments in order to enable clients needs to be met and manage the service efficiently and effectively, making the best use of resources  and to maximise best value for both the stakeholders and the Clients.

 

  • To match the nominated Support Staff as closely as possible to the Client and undertake a risk assessment of environment, health and safety hazards within our service regularly.

 

  • To ensure that all clients are provided with written information on New World Supports procedure for handling complaints, comments and complements and how to use it , basically Service User Guide.

 

  • To liaise, communicate effectively and work in partnership with Clients, their families, other relevant professional agencies and our stakeholders(Councils, private clients and funding authorities)

 

  • To encourage Clients’ participation, support their vocational activities, job applications, training and other activities that would enhance social stimulation.

 

  • To safeguard each client, following the PAN London Guidance and Care Act 2014.

 

  • To constantly evolve and update our policies, procedures and our bespoke computerised system to deliver and monitor reliable and understanding care.
